Shoes arrived quickly and were in good condition. However, they didn't quite fit as promised due to a snug fit that was a bit uncomfortable.

I was expecting a one-on-one exchange with the seller regarding the sizing issue so I could return them for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, it took some time to get back in touch, which added to my frustration. When I finally did speak with the seller, they apologized and assured me of their good intentions but acknowledged that there was an oversight on my part.

The shoes themselves were well-made and durable, which is usually a given for this brand, but the sizing issue took priority over overall satisfaction.

I've got a pair of boots that are supposed to be waterproof, or at least that's what they claim - but honestly, I don't feel like I'm swimming in water when I wear them. The boots themselves aren't bad by any means, but the fact remains they're not waterproof - which is pretty embarrassing for an upgraded pair from a few years ago.

To be fair, my original boots weren't in stock either, so this is just as much of a disappointment. Still, considering it's a budget-friendly option, I guess you could say these boots are a decent value for the price.

I received my purchases on time as usual and was pleased that they were all accounted for when I opened the box. One item arrived a little later than expected, but it was sent promptly after I reached out to the seller and requested a replacement. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the items themselves - just one minor oversight.
